At the time of registration, please provide:
Child's County Birth Certificate
Godparents' If single - Confirmation Certificate and if Married, Confirmation Certificate and Married Certificate though the Catholic Church
Letter of Permission from Home Parish, if not parishioners of St. Patrick
Registration Fee $75.00 cash or check
Pre-Baptism Class $20.00, if baptizing in another parish

En el momento de la registracion necesita traer:
El Acta de Nacimiento del condado del nino/a.
Si los Padrinos son solteros, necesitamos el Certificado de Confirmacion. Si son casados, necesitamos el Acta de confirmacion & Matrimonio dentro de la Iglesia Catolica.
Si los papas/padrinos no son parroquianos de esta iglesia, favor de traer una carta de permiso de su parroquia.
Cuota de inscripcion es de $75.00 por nino menor de 6 anos.
Si el bautizo sera en otra parroquia y necesita tomar la Clase Pre-Bautismal, hay una cuota de $20.00 por pareja.
